Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number. 

You are going to receive your order between 7 – 10 business days within United States and for other countries it may vary from 9 – 12 business days. This is an estimated time.

 

The delivery will be affected if your address is not on a main city, for any weather condition or customs clearance. The delivery will be delayed and the courier will notify the estimated time of delivery.

Once we ship the package with the courier (DHL, FedEx or USPS), the package is the courier’s responsibility.

Once you place your order, you are going to receive emails indicating the status of your order with all the information that you need to track your package.

If you order more than 12 tops (T-Shirts, Tank tops, Hoodies, etc.), your signature will be required by the courier.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping to United States and United State islands as Puerto Rico and Hawaii.

 

International Shipping

We offer $14.99 flat rate international shipping to the following country: Canada 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cooltura Latina, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If your order exceeds $150 we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. If you include a PO Box address, you will be contacted and we will request a different shipping address to deliver your order.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

At Cooltura Latina, we want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience, therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.

As part of the experience, we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.

Please note that direct unilateral product exchange is not possible due to limitations in the ordering platform, and we are not entitled to send out products on our own initiative.

REPLACEMENT is possible in case of an undelivered product, after a direct personal consultation with an agent within 7 calendar days.

This term expires after seven calendar days from the final delivery.

 

Our customers have the right to return the product within seven days. This term expires after seven calendar days from the final delivery. (PLEASE CHECK THE CONDITIONS)

 

Please, acknowledge the following:

 

– Do not request return/refund or exchange if the product is customized and/or personalized unless it is defective.

 

– Do not request returns and refunds after expiry of the given term

 

– Do not request returns and refunds in Facebook chat or Instagram messages, emails have always priority.

 

You can return a defective product or order:

  1. a) In the unfortunate event that the product is defective
  2. b) The received product is completely different from what has been ordered.

 

In this case, the customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded for the total amount.

We manufacture on demand and you can check your size on the Size chart of each Product. We do not process any refund and/or exchange if the size is not selected correctly.

 

Conditions to apply for a change or return

  • No refund requests will be accepted after seven days for any reason.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, washed, worn or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
  • We’ll refund the payments in the same method that the original payment has been made.
  • No refund or exchange if the item is customized and/or personalized.
  • Please also note that Cooltura Latina is not responsible for any return fees or returns that are lost or stolen while in transit.
